I had to return the first collar I ordered because it was too big but the lovely people at BlossomCo sorted out a replacement collar that was specially made for my dog’s in between sizes neck! This is a very overdue review for an excellent company. The products are really well made and beautiful. I made an error with my order and the customer service was outstanding, including a lead being sent out for free (which was even more kind given it was my error). I’ve been stopped twice by people asking where my dogs lead and collar are from and I’m delighted to spread the word on BlossomCo. They really deserve it.
