International Delivery Timescales
With the exception of Canada and countries inside the EU there are currently few delays to most worldwide destinations.
Canada - 27 September 2025
Due to ongoing industrial action at Canada Post, delays may be expected on deliveries to Canada
USA - 29 August 2025
After some disruption to USA deliveries following the removal of the $800 de minimis threshold exemption from import taxes on 29 August 2025, delivery timescales have now largely returned to normal of a few days.
EU Countries
Some delays with delivery to many European destinations are common due to additional customs checks and clearance processing in force since 1st Jan 2021. Please allow extra time for your goods to arrive. As above, customs duties may be payable by the recipient in order for goods to be cleared through customs.
