Where are you located?

We're in Leicestershire England, where we've been making our products since 2012.

 

I'm not sure what size collar my dog needs?

Our Care and Size Guide page shows sizes for our dog collars and other products. The best check is to measure your dog's neck with a fabric tape measure also allowing room for a couple of fingers to slide between the measure and their neck. 

If the measurement is at the very end of one of our standard collar sizes, or mid-way between two sizes, please get in contact to let us know the neck measurement and the design you'd like to purchase and we can make the collar to that size. We will make it with the centre eyelet at the measurement you provide and a couple of eyelets either side. 

 

How do I get Free Delivery?

We provide free worldwide delivery for all our collars, leads, bowties and bandanas. No delivery charge will be shown or added to your checkout price for orders that only contain these items.

A delivery fee may be applied to orders that include dog beds and larger products. Any such delivery fee will be shown at the check out stage.

 

How quickly will my order arrive?

Your goods will normally be despatched within 24 to 48 hours (one to two business days. If possible we will send them the same or next day.

Most UK orders arrive within 2-3 working days, however please allow up to 7 days for Royal Mail delivery. Overseas orders will take longer, including for the local service to deliver.

If any of your items are out of stock, or other circumstances may cause a delay, we will advise you by email as soon as possible.

 

What delivery service do you use?

We use tracked Royal Mail services for nearly all our deliveries. Occasionally we may use a service such as UPS. We do not use Evri or Yodel. 

 

I'm not in the UK. Will there be any customs duty on my order?

You will be responsible for payment of any duties and tax that may be applied locally on goods imported into your country.

 

Where are your products made?

All our collars, leads, bowties, bandanas and beds are made by our own team here in Leicestershire, England

 

I bought the wrong size collar. What should I do?

It happens occasionally - No problem though and please see the Returns Page for more information on what to do.
