Just received the Bertie collar and lead which was beautifully wrapped with a personal note. Thank you so much they’re gorgeous and beautifully made. Love ❤️ the wee colars I keep purchasing for our puppy, Coco. Do not find they come up well following handwashing though.
We're pleased to hear you (and Coco!) love our collars.
Although we do normally recommend a mild handwash, for more stubborn dirt and stain removal you could try putting the collar inside a net washing bag or pillow case on a mild 30 or maybe 40 degree machine wash. If you then allow it to gently air dry afterwards it will hopefully come up looking much better. We hope that helps.
