The two collars I received are excellent quality, soft and look fantastic. Before the order was manufactured Blossom reached out to ensure I had all the details correct. Their customer service is a refreshing change from most companies you will deal with.

Love ❤️ the wee colars I keep purchasing for our puppy, Coco. Do not find they come up well following handwashing though.
We're pleased to hear you (and Coco!) love our collars.
Although we do normally recommend a mild handwash, for more stubborn dirt and stain removal you could try putting the collar inside a net washing bag or pillow case on a mild 30 or maybe 40 degree machine wash. If you then allow it to gently air dry afterwards it will hopefully come up looking much better. We hope that helps.

Not entirely happy. The collar I bought had a 'used' look about, with some yellowing on the ticking, as if someone else had used it for a while and then thought, No - not for my dog. Considering the price, I wasn't terribly impressed.
Because it's a nice collar, and rather than have all the bother of returning and explaining and justifying, I scrubbed it up a bit, and put it on the dog anyway.
But really, you shouldn't have to go to that trouble. Something described as new should just be new.

We can reassure you that the collar you received would have been brand new. We’re not sure how the discolouration might have happened (and it would have been helpful to have had a chance to see it) but we would have sorted it out for you promptly with a replacement.
It’s rare we have any quality issues (most queries are size related) and do our best to resolve any issues quickly and easily for customers.
You should have had an email soon after receiving your order to check everything was ok and to contact us if you had any queries - we’re always pleased to help if we’re given the chance to do so!

The products are great - beautiful fabrics, smooth on the inside so no rubbing for your dog and easy to wash and dry.
The customer service is incredible. I ordered the wrong size, the collar was replaced immediately and I was given an additional collar to compensate for the other collar I had ordered, which was the incorrect size but had started using anyway. Thank you thank you.

My order was delivered a couple of days ago and I have put Mollies new collar on her today. She is a very recent rescue who unfortunately smelt very bad, so I didn't want to put the collar on until she smelt a bit sweeter!!
