The products are great - beautiful fabrics, smooth on the inside so no rubbing for your dog and easy to wash and dry.
The customer service is incredible. I ordered the wrong size, the collar was replaced immediately and I was given an additional collar to compensate for the other collar I had ordered, which was the incorrect size but had started using anyway. Thank you thank you.

My order was delivered a couple of days ago and I have put Mollies new collar on her today. She is a very recent rescue who unfortunately smelt very bad, so I didn't want to put the collar on until she smelt a bit sweeter!!

A lovely lead to match the collar I purchased whilst on holiday. Very pretty although I do feel a little on the expensive side.

Just adore the love London print on the lead and collar. As I live in Tasmania Australia, I know my Cavapoo Ella will be strutting her stuff in a very unique collar and lead. They are extremely well made and great value.
