We hope you're satisfied with your purchase from us, but occasionally things don't work out quite right.
So.... If you are not happy with your BlossomCo purchase, please click here to contact us in the first instance so we can help with the best and most appropriate remedy.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN GOODS TO US WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST
Please note the following will apply to exchanges and returns:
- Any returned goods must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery for exchange or refund.
- Goods must be in their original condition and include a copy of the original delivery note.
- A note or message that you wish to make an exchange or return should be included.
- If returning an item for exchange (such as for a different size), include the returned item and also ensure your message clearly states which item you wish to exchange it for.
- When returning an item you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to us - we suggest using Royal Mail 48 tracked service in the UK, or for overseas customers, using services such as USPS, AustraliaPost etc that partner with Royal Mail at the UK end. Please do not use EVRI or Yodel services.
- You are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting when returning an item as this will assist you in tracking any shipment which is reported as lost, damaged, mislaid or otherwise undelivered.
- We cannot be held responsible for returned items that don't reach us!
- Any goods returned that are damaged, worn or incomplete will not be replaced or refunded.
- Refunds will be made to the same account/card by the same method as used for the original payment.
