I am delighted to say that this company has great customer service. When I pointed out an error in my order they were hot off the press sorting it out. They even said that I could keep the item sent in error. I am very pleased also with the items I ordered . They are good quality. Agreed that you can buy similar items on the internet for a third of the cost, but they are cheap, they look cheap and they disintegrate in no time at all. The fabrics they use are synthetic whereas BlossomCo use lovely prints on pure cotton, linen and wool etc. I ordered boy ties for my poodle boys and a wee bandana for the little lady. I have another dog who refuses to wear anything ever so slightly decorative. She’s a rescue, a schnauzer/ bedlington cross. I don’t think anyone ordering from this company will be disappointed.

I ordered 2 xs collars for my mini dachshunds, but unfortunately they didn’t fit as well as I’d hoped. I reached out to Blossom and David very quickly responded offering to make custom collars for my little chaps. This was all done within a couple of days and posted out. They are a perfect fit now. The collars themselves are beautifully made, soft and elegant and very competitively priced. This company has been great to deal with, prompt, accommodating and courteous. Will definitely use again.

I ordered the Liberty print William Morris collar in large, according to the size guide.It arrived quickly and is beautiful. It looks so lovely on my vizsla weimeraner cross. The collar is slightly large on her so I will go for a medium next time.

Very happy, such a beautiful collar so well made super metal work too . The inside is patterned differently to the floral outside . So quaint . Looks gorgeous on my female Vizsla . Just ordered a Green spotty one for male Viz - he loves Green 😚

The first collar we bought was too big. No issues exchanging it for a smaller one. This that too wee. So Blossom made 2 for us. Great fit and super good looking.

I bought the red stripe Seymour collar and lead for my Bedlington Terrier. I LOVE THEM!! Both are beautifully made from quality fabric. Rupert looks so smart wearing his new collar and has received lots of compliments. The size chart was accurate and a small fits him perfectly. Highly recommend
